I know I can get a better move strip scan, it's missing a little on the borders because I had to piece it together. I also have the cardboard POP, I'll see if kinkos can scan it at some point.
The item in the 3rd scan has that border. it's laminated (the entire sheet), I presume for dry erase markers, and the edge is probably to attach to the cab or POP.
