Those are Sega game stools, they have a fabric top that comes in Red/Blue/Gray.
These are NOT Taito game benches, which have fake black leather top, optional height adjust with backrest.
You can buy Taito game stools brand new directly from them/Japan... Taito sells the classic stool height in packs of 5, and the newer Vewlix (48cm) style in packs of 4.
You can't NOT buy the Taito game bench, no matter how much you beg them to sell it to you.
It's only offered in Taito's restricted catalog to arcade operators located in Japan (but KC could probably get 'em if he really wanted to, he got the Vewlix Black 4 pack and that's the same story/deal).
As someone who has ordered the 4 pack of Taito Vewlix stools I can tell you it's very expensive.
About 650$ once all is said and done (about 160$ per stool).

Pretty sure neither Sega nor Taito make chairs. They're not in the furniture business. I do not know who makes the chairs that Taito offer, but it should be possible to figure out with some detective work.

Well I can take a picture of the bottom of my Taito stool if you like.
The only tag on the bottom says "Taito" with a serial number, so IDK.
Even if they are actually made under contract by someone else, its UNDER CONTRACT so they won't sell one to you.
Back when I was with IBM I personally tested more ATI chips (Hollywood) for the Wii then I can count, but if you asked me to sell you one the only way would have been for me to steal it.
Why would I risk my job (I've been in simi-conductor for 14 years) for the small amount of money I could make on a one time stolen wafer sale?
*side note*
I did take broken shards, which still would have gotten me fired if I got caught... The room where the scrap container was located didn't have cameras (all other areas did).

I don't personally get the love for official Sega/Taito stools -- to me, they're just stools, I can get them way cheaper somewhere else -- but I think for the people who do geek out over this stuff, half the draw is in getting them "officially". Even if you detective-worked down the manufacturer and got the exact same stool, without the serial number like @jassin000 mentioned, it's not going to be nearly as important to them.
I'm literally in the middle of shipping out a group buy of Taito stools as I type this. Both the 43cm and 48cms come in packs of 5. You can see in the pic below that the 48cm stools boxes are a bit taller than the 43cm. 48cm and 43cm stools are able to be stacked together.
