@Apocalypse I'm still waiting for my donor M72 board to arrive to be able to test the reset function. Would it just be a matter of tying the V30 reset line high?

@oneleaf86, IIRC you must connect on the middle board to a resistor used in a RC circuit for generating reset signal.

So the resistor drops the +5V to a lower voltage before connecting to the reset pin of the CPU?

Need to check but it's either a CR circuit (resistor voltage response) or there's a LS04 in between.
