Does Ikaruga not support the Capcom IO? Is there another IO that I should be using instead?

I feel like I've seen a website with IO compatibility before, but I can't for the life of me find it again.

It should work just fine. It satisfies the JVS requirements for inputs and outputs present. I've used one for it before actually.

Hmm strange.... Couldn't be something with playing it via the net dimm? I know the io works, I've been playing other games. Ikuruga didn't do anything though.

were you playing powerstone 2 with it? There is a switch on the capcom io for 2p or 4p games? Is that possibly in the wrong position?

maybe do what that guide says and go into the naomi test menu. see if the motherboard is registering anything but the game is not somehow?

I have it set to two player mode. The strange thing is that the Naomi's input test shows everything working. If I use the input test for Ikaruga, I get nothing.

oh ignore me guys... it just started working after the 3rd try. Didn't change anything... Hopefully nothing is wrong with my hardware, but this is the only game I've seen an issue with.
maybe double check your ground wiring. If all of the inputs were not registering at once it could be a ground issue. Like a momentary break in the harness or loose pin connections in the interface.
