What's new
I'm not very familiar with CP SYSTEM I outside of Japan, but before Street Fighter II'CE, I could only use up to 1M EP-ROM in Japan's CP SYSTEM.
However, since Street Fighter II'CE, it has become CPS DASH, and 4M EP-ROM can be used.
The 1941, which was released before Street Fighter II'CE, is a 1M EP-ROM.

I don't understand why 1941 WORLD uses 4M ROM in MAME.
The 1941 WORLD supported by MAME may be the same as the resale version in Japan.

Many of the 1941 copies that are on the market are resold.

That's all I know.

Sweet. My add-on pack of the Dip-Switch extender and kick-harness connectors arrived today. The Dip-Switch remote board is super easy to solder on. Great fit job! I'm hoping that I can find some help this weekend to finally get all three multi-boards into my cabinet and figure out the wiring which will introduce the least interference from all the wiring going on in my cabinet. (I'll have the CPS1/CPS2/CPS3 multi-boards in my cab on a JAMMA Switcher).

in less than 10 minutes I completed the assembly of the kit. very happy to own it

Ok, so LCD works well now. Right?

That C board has some soldering that I don't like much. Have you got another C board to try? Maybe also another A board as well?

My one minor gripe about something the original CPS1.5 systems also suffered from is that my supergun liked to eat the finger board.

I need a short high quality male to male JAMMA cable I think…

This is a pet peeve of mine too @Kujako and happens with my CPS1.5 boards also.

I wonder if there's a way to "glue" the fingerboard in there?

The detachable fingerboard kept getting left behind in my Jamma connector so I drilled some holes at the extreme edges of the connector and added screws.
The screws are 100% isolated from the card edge and only penetrate the FR4.86E4B65B-A904-4E11-B966-6CE5955DF95E.jpeg

Yea same for me, every time I pull the JAMMA connector it takes the fingerboard with it. :P

I use a Hirose connector from their recent batches and it eats fingerboards… kung-fu grip.
