Looks like you have the proper one, make sure the thin film side is facing the front.

Yup thanks, I flipped it after taking that picture as I noticed it washes it out. Also bonus that I can’t see the imperfection as much anymore.

You got lucky, some arcade OP prob mixed them up (frosted for clear) when reselling.
Normally anything after the L-AMI was clear.
Time line:
- F (frosted), L (clear)
- Vs (clear)
- FC (frosted)
- L-AMI <-From this point forward all clear
- Diamond (clear)
- Diamond Black (clear)
- Diamond Orange (clear)
Light it up, its supposed to look clear when off, kinda frosted when lit.Mines is definitely just clear.
Got my set installed. Had to file out the holes a bit like others mentioned, but it's no big deal. I don't need a replacement.
This is the marquee that came with my vewlix. It's a lot more scuffed up than I thought. This is after I wiped it down inside and out with alcohol.

I noticed it emits so much light, it actually creates an ambiance when sitting at the machine now. It reflects off of the control panel, giving a nice cool glow. It's great.

I had no idea I had mine reversed this whole time.
You need to get the proper acrylic. In the meantime I can send you the reflective tape to put around the edge of the acrylic you have and it should at least bounce the light back down instead of scattering out the edges.Got my set installed. I fixed the center pcb (easy)
My marquee on the DB is clear

A frosted marquee is a must its soo must illuminating.
