Thanks @nonosto, I did see that thread and I actually own two of the GBS-C scalers which can downscale to 15khz, sadly they can't downscale to medium res (24khz).
But as a matter of fact I managed to find a UVC, it's on its way so I don't want to close the thread yet, but yeah I should be sorted if all goes well

It's weird there is no similar device right? Maybe the market is just too small for it...
