Tindie responded. They requested that anyone who didn’t get email notification reach out to their support. It needs to be reviewed on case by case basis. Maybe they will find a common issue that can be resolved if enough people contact them.

I think I’ve been pretty clear that I do not take payment in advance and never have. I can’t promise boards when I don’t even know if I can get the parts.
Thank you for following up with Tindie on this. Again I have no problem with this format; I perfectly understand not wanting to take money in advance when you do not know parts availability. Even an unpaid waiting list can create drama, so I understand avoiding that as well. I had been checking the site from time to time around the announcement window, but I most likely just missed this sale due to the time difference (I'm in Yokohama) and it sold out much faster than I thought it would. No worries though, there's always next time
I just did a check on all orders, it looks everything in the USA has been delivered, with the exception of 1 order. International orders usually take 1-2 weeks, but have seen as long as 1 month.
I've place an inquiry into JST for a parts order. JST seems to be the most impacted supplier for parts shortage and is the main source for my connectors. Once I receive a response I should have a better understanding of lead times. Some Molex stuff isn't readily available, but seems to get stocked more frequently. Just want to let everyone know I'm working on getting more boards built.
While I wait for parts, I'll be building the few MVS boards I have parts for and posting them for sale, likely within the next few days.
I'm also working on a new stereo board, should have more info on that soon.

JST quote came back, several parts have an estimated delivery of 400+ days.

oooof I just got online randomly and got lucky enough to buy the last one! 
@everten, JST PH can be picked up in assortment packages off Amazon rather easily.
Thanks, appreciate it. Those assortments are kind of a waste for me because only 1 or 2 of the connectors would be the pin count I need. I'm also looking to order hundreds. Those are great for small projects and testing though, have ordered the dupont connector kits several times.
My new favorite connector family is the Molex PicoLock: https://www.digikey.com/en/product-highlight/m/molex/pico-lock-connector-system
they're super compact, SMD compliant, and secure phenomenally well. We've been using them on our spacecraft at work because of how small they are and how well they hold together through launch vibrations.

Nobody ordered more than 1. I cannot restrict it other than putting a message asking politely to limit 1 per order, but I don't think this will be an issue though.
I promise more are coming, they are pretty much already built.
Thank you for the response. It's good to know that everyone is being polite enough to just buy one for personal use.
The only thing I ask is you put of your stock of your units that you plan to sell per batch all at once. The last time I bought some that were shown as in stock. Then some different units were added just minutes later after I closed a purchase. Ended up paying more for shipping costs. I don't mind waiting a a day or two longer to get the units if it takes you longer to get them all ready to go, but paying extra for shipping was no bueno.
