Pretty sure this tube combo does not need a ISO, but take a picture or two of the chassis around the big filter cap. Then I can confirm if you need it or not.

You’re good! No need for a ISO on this chassis since it got a SMPS (switching power supply) transformer.

Sorry. Don’t know the pinout for this chassis, but snap a pic of where you connect the AC cable and we can probably figure it out.

You can't fit a Mate-N-Lok connector on a JST VH header.
If you want to do it right, cut the end of a power cord, crimp JST VH pins on the wires and then place the pins inside the correct 5-pin JST VH connector housing.
