Picked this up. I knew it wasn’t gonna be easy. Might try to dremel a notch at bottom of monitor area of cab to make it fit with the notch thing sticking out.

I think even if I can lower it past the metal blocking it then it’d be too low.

But I’m down to try and fail till I succeed.

PG32UCDP (bulge in the back is too high)

Don't think I can make the PG32UCDP work due to the box on the back of the panel being so high \ big

---

Ordered this one which looks promising and has all the features I wanted other than the brighter WOLED.

Gigabyte monitor came in and appears to clear that metal bracket bulge. Good first sign.

Box is much wider than stock monitor but I think that part shouldn’t be a problem

Tomorrow I get 2/3 of the wall mounts. Looks like a very tight fit with the Asus Rog Monitor, would probably have to take out the existing monitor plate to make that work.

This makes me think the Gigabyte would still be an excellent choice (just not WOLED) and can fit using the existing monitor plate. Still unsure but once I have the wall mounts I should be able to decide based on how much available space there will be.

If I can use the existing monitor plate I would want to add a second monitor fan to the other side of the monitor. Could probably just unscrew the existing one and take it somewhere to have a copy of it made.

Both monitors are amazing though and the inky blacks are so nice. Just wonder if once I clean the touchscreen box if that will kinda of "blur" the extra clarity and blacks if that makes sense once installed over it.

Gonna go ahead and go full force ahead with the Asus. I had some very minor gripes with the Gigabyte monitor. The plan is to just get a flat piece of metal and replace this guy with it. Will be a tight squeeze but I think we can do it. Worst case scenario I can’t get it done I’ll return this and get another Gigabyte.

System 369 steal on YAJ for 160 with 100 shipping. Replaced with SSD, cleaned and reapplied thermal paste, got CMOS battery error, replaced both CMOS batteries (what a friggin pain in my a$$hole) still got one more battery error then it worked upon reboot. I did not reconnect the AV cable correctly inside the machine however so I had to disassemble once more to secure that plug to get audio.

I want to get a fight stick for a separate PC that I have to play at a desk. Does anyone have recommendations for like an 8 button stick that is PC compatible and somewhat premium feel? Thank you!

Want to bump this, as I'm looking for a similar answer. Specifically how to output this hardware at 31khz.
Do you think it is a limitation of the stock Noir monitor or the PCB itself?

I was planning on swapping out the monitor later this year but wasn't sure how controls would work either. I have tekken 4 and 5 with the namco io board.

Tested out my Pit Fighter but the Attract Mode sound only plays maybe one in five times. Anyone ran into this with Atari games? When you actually play all the sound seems to work.

Edit: I guess this is normal behavior for attract mode for both the little graphical raimbow looking glitch and the sound not playing on the attract mode every time. go figure.

I am unfamiliar with Konami boards.. I own Run and Gun 1 but have not tested. If I buy a Japanese version of Run and Gun 2 can I change language to English in the Test Menu? I saw one on ebay but the screenshots are in Japanese. So I was unsure if I needed a USA board to have English text in the game (not sure if there are announcers either).
