Would be possible to simplify and have just the case with a semitsu joystick and spinner, plate, CPS1 wiring for Forgotten Worlds and supergun/neo geo cable? Maybe Forgotten Worlds art for the plate too, instead the Kraken one. Just thinking about a joystick for Forgotten Worlds and a Supergun only, because I'm not planning to be swapping plates, etc. and other people may do the same.ah sorry i didnt see that,

Hi @hursit - I'm very keen to place a pre-order, I'm looking to fabricate a replica Forgotten Worlds cab as my first ever project. Could you please help and provide me with some advice as to whether you think these spinners would be compatible with this FW PCB in this thread? On the second page of the thread, the seller advised that the EEPROM would have to be burned though because it is now the hacked version to play without spinners. Assuming the EEPROM change, would the spinners be compatible with this PCB?

The spinners won't work with that conversion board. There's no connector on the conversion board for the spinners to be plugged into. If you're replicating an OG machine with spinners you'll need either an original Forgotten Worlds board or the Capcom CPS1 multi and add on board for the spinners. Neither are cheap.
Only way to play Forgotten Worlds is with the Spinners as with the hacked version the game mechanics are messed up and therefore not worth playing IMO.
