I've been working on various game room signs for myself and others recently:

Signs are made from high quality cast acrylic. The backs are typically 5mm with 3mm detailing on the front.
Parts are bonded with industry standard 3M sheet adhesives and are laser cut along with the parts. This results in 100% adhesive coverage and zero mess, no cheap messy glues used here.
I'm currently offering artwork/signs either standard or with skirt lit LEDs. I'm currently using COB LED strips or high density WS2812B RGB LED. COB strips can be single or two+ tone.
Example of skirt lit sign:
Aluminum foil/tape is applied to eradicate any unsightly light bleed through to the front and fully reflects the light back to the wall. The LEDs are mounted to thick high quality aluminium section to dissipate any heat from the LEDs and to increase their longevity.
To power single signs I've been using USB C (or USB A > C) PSUs and cables. One sign typically pulls 5-7w so can be ran from a ~2A charger/PSU.
Depending on preference, gaps are can be added to the aluminum section to route the power cable from the left, bottom or right etc.
PSU dependent, up to two signs can be ran from one USB C port as long as you do not exceed 3A/15w. I've made daisy chainable adapters for this purpose:
Single mode:
Daisy chained to second sign with XT30 cable:
It's possible to link many signs together if you use a separate 5V PSU with enough amps to cover the whole series of signs. In this case the USB connector is not used and the high power PSU connects directly to opne of the XT30 connectors:
For RGB signs I've used a couple of WS2812B Bluetooth/WIFI controllers that come with a remote control for basic functions and can also be controlled via an app:
Smaller signs can be hung using the supplied and fitted basic hangers:
I've made a couple of custom mounts, one 280mm wide and one 420mm wide to mount the larger signs.
All signs are supplied with a 2mm MDF drilling template to precisely mark and drill the holes for the included 6x30mm Fisher DuoPower wall plugs and pan head screws. There are alignment notches on the template and a reference dimension to the top of the sign.
I'll add a link to an order form once complete. Prices depend on sign size, complexity, lighting/power/linking and other options.
