Nice examples of PSUs. I was planning on using a happ, but now seeing PSUs I didn't know about will have to rethink. Excited to finally get a HAS and save some room vs my current setup.
I would be interested by some pictures of this setupi have several HAS in place, but my most complex setup uses a HASv3.0, a Meanwell MWP-606 PSU, a B&O MX7000 RGB TV, and a Jamma 6-in-1 linking a CPS2 multi, a CPS3 multi, a MVS, a F3 Multi, and a STV multi...
Perfect setup.
+5V/~3A and +12V/1-1.5A - @undamned will know the exact amperage draw. Naomi is a different beast, as it requires +3.3V and you will most likely need a dedicated PSU (can be an ATX PSU with the right connector/adapter).Where does CPS2, CPS1, and NAOMI fall in terms of juice required?
Please check these:Need that -5v. Are there any better versions of the negatron that output higher current?
I've never actually checked CPS1 current draw, but CPS2 varies. CPS2 B boards are all over the place due to variations in the memory type (EPROM, mask ROM, flash SIMM, etc.) and quantity. I think the worst I'd seen was 3-3.5A on the 5V supply. 12V powers the audio and fan and 1.0A would be more than enough.+5V/~3A and +12V/1-1.5A - @undamned will know the exact amperage draw. I was wondering about that...does that still happen with the multi? Meaning if the CPS2 game is using more elements from the board will it draw more power? I am trying to pin point an issue with an Arcade cabinet.I've never actually checked CPS1 current draw, but CPS2 varies. My guess would be no, but then again during the flash/write operation that should be the greatest power draw the board performs at any given time..does that still happen with the multi?
will take some pic and try to find the pinout diagram after the board arrive.Never thought about this, do you know what's the connector type and what is the pinout for Player 3/4?
Maybe reach out to the Panzer creator and see if he can sell you a kit or let you know where you can buy.. I am not sure about XboOk, who is gonna start offering these wireless kits??? DO they work with XBOX One/PS4 controllers?wireless HAS.. I have the MK30 and Panzer wireless. a member was selling the wireless kit only.. I was looking for a set way back but the Panzer creator did not sell the wireless kit separately at that time..He buys the wireless kit from a source which I think is in Europe.. i plugged in the two pieces of the wireless kit that you see there to the HAS and my Panzers work so making the HAS wireless. These wireless kit are great because I do not notice lag at all..What is this wizardry?!!HAS can get more awesome if you own a set of Panzer wireless panel or built a set of panzer clone wireless..thanks to my fellow arcade-project for selling me the wireless kit

I fully approve of this setup!HAS 3.0 with OSSC on 50” lcd tv, the result is really great. Look really sharp with scanline and the audio so great too.
Jasen used to sell them, but it appears since then (2014?) he made them exclusive to his supergun builds:Ok, who is gonna start offering these wireless kits??? DO they work with XBOX One/PS4 controllers?
Awesome! Congratulations on your collection. With Jassin's approval, you got yourself a stellar setup.HAS 3.0 with OSSC on 50” lcd tv, the result is really great. Look really sharp with scanline and the audio so great too.
