What is the error message you get when it starts acting up? Error 22/26 is going to be a issue with the NetDIMM connecting to the Naomi. Error 32/33 are network related meaning either your NetDIMM config is wrong/misconfigured or your device handling game sending is not working.

The total wattage is less of a factor. Make sure your power supply has sufficient amperage on both the 3.3V+ and 5V+ rails to power the Naomi. I recommend a minimum of 8A on each. A name brand, genuine power supply such as a Seasonic, Silverstone or FSP Group is recommended. Don't cheap out...

I will take some photos. The bezels have been cut specifically to fit the 32" 1080p LCDs that my 2049 cabs came with. I have both the LCDs and the bezels. They are not pretty cuts, but they will work for what you want. I have a 26" Unico Phoenix and could try this out as well.
