@Big_P Big_p Offered to fix too he is in another state I think better idea to send local. The issue I posted a thread about but can't find it anyway. It just won't detect the memory modules If I recall and 3S won't load.

My board is original Hyper Fighting imported from Japan with original Hyper fighting hardware. I think it's best to record higher frame rate since 30 I can see "skipping" frames.

Speed 3 was used on Arcade and MiSTer.

Yeah I've optimised my Fightcade setup best I can GSYNC Monitor, VSYNC OFF, Fullscreen, etc. Plus 8000Hz Polling PCB (First of its kind from IST_Mall they sent over firmware update and proof that the 8000Hz polling is real. PC Specs: 9800X3D + 4090 + Windows 11 Enterprise.

I'll do my best to add GroovyMAME to a comparison as for Groovy MiSTer I'll look into it too. 😊

Out of interest I tested runahead settings (Off, 1, 2) and I think overall 2 is the best option for lower input lag while still being only two frames off.
