The issue was solved. Cause I made a multidefinition mistake.

when I try to upload the file to my arduino UNO, Arduino IDE said "collect2.exe: error: ld returned 1 exit status".

I downloaded the iona346 project，and it works well with my Saturn joypad. It still works， Even I did not connect the capacitor and risistor.

This issue solved.

Update，I found actually only the coin button unavailable. The other bottoms are all ok in naomi games. I guess the problem May from the test mode setting，but I am not sure about it.
