No. I meant is there a stand alone pi programmer JUST to program the dongle. The other project you are referencing requires a $200 IDE simulator and additional custom fab pcb

Is there anyway to incorporated the software to program the dongle to run on a pi so I don't have to drag out a PC to program all the time
