All MvC2 carts have that jumper
Originally when I bought mine I thought it was a converted cart but after doing more research almost all carts have it
I'm curious too as to what it does
I use a Supergun Paired with a transcoder or scaler on a CRT TV or CRT Monitor
Depending on what screen I'm using at the time I'll use a scaler
On a CRT you can't really get razer sharp pixels so dialing in those sharp pixels doesn't apply for me 🙃
Really appreciate the advice and info
I never knew they were prone to breaking like that
I recall a few months back I ordered a NAOMI for a pretty good price off ebay
When I booted it up I just got a black screen
Looked mint in excellent shape with no signs of damage at all
Seller packed it...
My old ZN-2 Motherboard had sound and graphical problems and I finally replaced thr Motherboard
I'm trying to figure out how to unlock the two boss characters and the ability to choose any two characters from any school
When I got the game they were already unlocked
Any idea on how I do...
I'll look into it this weekend
Any specific configuration your looking for?
I've mainly used the 201 Rxi with my VGA Monitors with 480p to 720p resolutions
I have a few extron RGB interfaces along with the 201 Rxi
Everything works fine last time I tested them two weeks ago
I've used a Dreamcast, Atomiswave, NAOMI, PS3 HDMI to VGA and I believe my XBOX 360
Also fed the OSSC into it as well
Choices
Genesis Model 2 HD RETROVISION Component Cables
Or
Genesis Model 2 RGB Scart Cable
Make sure your display can accept 240p via RGB Scart or COMPONENT
You can also use a transcoder to convert RGB Scart to Component
Use a device like an OSSC to scale to HDMI Displays
Those are some good points
Don't forget most superguns are JAMMA
If you want to get into JVS Arcade setup that's a bit different and just as easy to get into
Control options is highly customizable for a Supergun as well
You can easily rewire any Arcade stick out now with a DB-15 Breakout...
Both Typing of the Dead and House of the Dead are great on Dreamcast
I love VF3tb as well
Recently been revisiting the Dreamcast by way of the NAOMI and the SATURN by way of the SEGA ST-V
They are the exact same games with pretty much the exact same experience though lol
Only difference is...
Pop in a new CR2032 for the SATURN and your good
Dreamcast has a mod where you can replace the rechargeable battery with a CR2032
Plenty of videos on Youtube on how to perform the mod
You'll need a bit of soldering skills but this mod only requires entry level or even introductory level...
I have a HAS 4, HAS V and a Minigun
Go with the HAS like many members recommend
Features that stand out to me with the HAS are:
The button mapping and auto fire modes
Buttons are mapped properly when using Atomiswave
The Minigun is a great Supergun if you have an alternative to map your...
