Can't get to mine atm but the mame driver has no eprom for this game, so I would suggest it might be an undumped test version. Does it show any version number when booting or in test screens?

You have no idea how long I went in circles before finding this thread - exact symptoms with graphics on two C&D boards, strangely one board does it more than the other. Seems like a delay needs to be built into the openkey similar to a reset circuit, and also have it hold the B-21 reset...
