That's RGB level for the AV port at the back (20 pin centronics) it has a set of pins which are pure RGB and a set with resistors and input select etc so you can plug a scart cable in. The eraser is so big it has five pairs of bulbs and you can literally put a whole PCB in if you take the chip...
