I made Japanese versions of Lady Killer and Karate Tournament. Karate Tournament worked just fine by applying existing patches to the Japanese ROM. Lady Killer has different addresses, so I created a new patch based on the original one. I wish the Japanese version of Lady Killer had a sexy mode.
