Ah, that makes sense, thanks! Do you have any plans of making a 1P CP for the Vewlix?

Arcade Parts/Projects CAD file Repository - Added Vewlix 1L7B CP

Thank you for sharing! My Vewlix is in need of a Marquee holder. What is the purpose of the "Vewlix_Marquee_Holder_Support_1mm"? I'm looking at my cab but since I've never seen a marquee holder before, I'm not sure how it is mounted and I can't tell from the manual either.

Winning Eleven 2010 Cabinet and Troubleshooting (Konami PC Based)

So the machine now boots but there are two errors being thrown at the moment. The first is a "new hardware" window, don't know why because I did not plugged in any new hardware yet (I did swap the rams from one slot to the other before pulling out the video card, basic PC troubleshooting). Then...

Winning Eleven 2010 Cabinet and Troubleshooting (Konami PC Based)

Hello, I got a nice looking Winning Eleven 2010 cabinet in non-working condition. There's little to no info about this game and cabinet (that I could find), let alone the hardware (which is Konami PC based), so I thought it would be cool to share whatever I find along the way. Winning Eleven...

Namco Mach Storm / Star Wars Battle Pod

i I'm used to loud fans, I have a Megalo 410 and being projector based the fans are like jet engines, but this POD one is particularly noisy and high pitched even by arcade standards.

I noticed that too, mine does the same, but the projector, as most projectors do, gets very hot very fast, so the fan is a must. I serviced the fan and got a bit better but it is loud regardless. Good thing is, I cannot hear it at all during gameplay.

Namco Mach Storm / Star Wars Battle Pod

One more thing, I managed to hack into the "dancing bird" program source code and got Mach Storm and Star Wars running on the same hardware, fully IO operational by bypassing all the input hooks it uses to emulate the JVS interface. I have some issues with the screen resolution and full screen...

Namco Mach Storm / Star Wars Battle Pod

I have to report back, I managed to fix the original dongle thanks to the invaluable help of @Franco23444. One thing to note here, the USB slot you plug the dongle into DOES matter. I first plugged it in the first USB slot, but after reading the manual, which states it should go into USB slot...

Namco Mach Storm / Star Wars Battle Pod

If the machine is from Japan, you should have ordered a dongle for the same region. You might reach out to support again and ask for them to exchange the dongle, you would lose on shipping but it would be significantly less. I am running Star Wars on the original hardware, although it really is...

Namco Mach Storm / Star Wars Battle Pod

So low performance was just a graphics card driver issue, I got it running at native speed now. No news on the dongle yet, the traces are lifted and it is overall pretty bad, It will be tricky to repair, and it doesn't help I'm not that good with SMD soldering, at all. According to others...

Actually, getting a new dongle is the right move, Franko is helping me fix the one I have, otherwise I would have bought a new one too. With any other solution you have to make compromises.

Namco Mach Storm / Star Wars Battle Pod

It's alive!, well I cheated for now, I'm using "dancing bird emulator" and it's running at like, 2 FPS. I'll keep tinkering with it while I fix the original dongle and get the original setup running again.

Here's a picture of the dongle case. I still haven't got to try to repair it, it is in fact missing components (diode, resistor) of which I do not know the values.
