A board bent pins, where to get connector?

yes, smooth-jaw pliers are a life-saver for fixing bent pins... I have a narrow set like above and a "duckbill" /flat nose set that I can use to straighten a whole row of pins at once.

    Spinner Joystick Pre-Order

nope. there is no joystick like function in the capcom spinner.

    Spinner Joystick Pre-Order

no, Ghox uses a tiling spinner... so it's essentially an up-down joystick plus a spinner. the Capcom spinner is more like a push button+ spinner.

Do you understand a PCBs real pixel count? If so, please read and reply!

you're right I didn't consider the color values. the chinese logic analyzers don't support that unfortunately.

    Spinner Joystick Pre-Order

I bought a set in the first run but I'd gladly buy another set of the JP style ones.

Does Anyone Own a Gundhara PCB?

to be clear it's this Pin that I suspect has been cut: it's actually not controlled by DIPs by by jumper JP6 near the JAMMA edge. or at least that's what controls it on the production release, I don't know for sure if the prototype is the same. that Jumper does also control the region...

Do you understand a PCBs real pixel count? If so, please read and reply!

My understanding of how to calculate this aligns with buffi's but I've got no experience in attempting this myself. (though I'm highly interested in it's relevance in a future project with light gun tracking). The Saleae Logic Pro 16 is a fantastic Logic Analyzer, but WAY WAY overkill for this...

Does Anyone Own a Gundhara PCB?

Thanks so much For 1 it looks like its partially socketed and partially soldered and the original chip in that location is removed rather than piggybacked... I'll have to work out what that chip does and why they were able to remove it. For 3 it does look like pin 11 is cut and then jumped to...

    A huge project is approaching....

Same process as any other pcb. You replace the ram chip with a larger variant and lift the high address pin then run a bodge wire to the appropriate address pin on the main bus (typically directly to the cpu)

I don't believe mine dose ... Yours is one of a kind :D

    A huge project is approaching....

It honestly doesn't make any sense that more RAM would prevent it from working typically if there is more space it simply never gets addressed and everything runs as normal. You can probably load pink sweets up under a 1000d driver in mame and see if it's ever actually addressing the upper ram...

Sega Model 2/Model 3 Jumper Configurations And Security Board Info

Jumpers will have no impact on sound volume. the Model 2 board outputs line level audio so your problem is either the amplifier, the speakers or the harnesses that connect the mobo to the amp to the speakers.

Can Someone School me on Taito G-Net with CF cards?

Could be wrong chdman version Or Could be a bad card I've had both things result in a boot loop

Can Someone School me on Taito G-Net with CF cards?

yes, that confirms the modbios installed. there's your problem you can't write a chd file. you need to extract it to a .img file before you write it to the card. you do that with the chdman tool built into mame and you need to use the correct chdman tool that matches the version of MAME that...
