Anybody with a Blast or Net city tube on it's way out (MS2930, MS2931, MS2933 or MS2934)? I'm looking for a yoke. Happy to either buy or swap a good condition yoke for a working tube I have chucked a blast yoke on, I just don't want to remove the yoke from that tube as it would be a waste.

I had a check at the thread and a few ppl recently said it is a interest check rather than a waitlist, also the list has been updated in a long time. I did express my interest though.

Exactly, this one has been there for a while and potential buyers can also easily inspect it, being an actual store. People do get stupid during auctions though so you never know. I recently got a NNC for half that price, although monitor was swapped with a MS2932 with burn in, so not as good...

Alright School Me Please - Nanao MS2930/31/33 Tube Swap

I made these guides and threw them in my 2 cars so whenever I see a potential donor on the side of the road I can instantly gauge the tube curvature compatibility. The MS9/wood ones were made from a astro bezel and the plastic ones for the blast were made from a Philips matchline TV with...

Patience, look every day on all usual websites and groups, then move fast when you find one. People that seem to get luck actually look every day for months/years, it is not really luck.

    Picogun video buffer

Awesome. perfect for using RGB modded consumer TVs in cabinets where you don't need anything else than the video circuit! Thanks for sharing, I am going to print some and have a go. One thing that could be useful is some mounting holes. how are you planning on mounting yours?

    CPS1 Graphical issues

Yes mate, I checked them all against MAME romdumps I believe (did this a long time ago) I will continue checking continuity between chip pins and pins on bottom of board to confirm chip legs and sockets are ok. If this tests all god I might test the mask roms again. I am pretty sure there are...

    CPS1 Graphical issues

unfortunately not, when I swapped the boards around with my mate's working one, swapping the C board would not even boot, in any of the swap combinations, I assume it was a different revision and tied to the B board. Are there any tests that can be done for the C board custom?

    CPS1 Graphical issues

Thanks @xodaraP! I was fortunate enough to find someone kind enough to provide me with a replacement PAL16L8 which they programmed and we did a swap at theirs, no change unfortunately. It could be that the PAL was not properly programmed somehow or that the traces or socket of the !a chip on...
