Ground is good, tried various dip setting and it didn't make any difference at all. I need to try to put it in lcd but will need a converter since the LCD is 60hz. Gonna try to get a converter just in case I may have to go lcd on this cab :/ also I'm using Namco system 256 time crisis 4

I picked up a Tekken 5 cab with basically everything broken in it. The chassis was toast and I ended up picking up a "nos" one off of ebay, threw it in and this is what I got. Where should I start with this? Which adjustments? Thanks in advance.

Slight neck glow but nothing on the screen, ordered a "non tested" chassis off of eBay almost identical issue. Replaced HOT, Swapped flyback between the 2 and back yielded same results and it's really bumming me out. Also the fact that the flyback (if it is the issue, which I'm leaning towards)...

I have a broken down 29"sanwa monitor that's sitting in my cabinet rn...I hope I don't offend anyone but I just wanna throw a lcd in it... Any suggestions on which lcd monitor to get for this size? Thanks!!!

Voltage is good, like I said it's a tc4 cpu and apparently it won't run anything BUT tc4....now I need to unload it and get the right version.
