    That's just how all the Street Fighter 4s except Export are. As far as I can tell there was never an official 2-player version of 2012, and all the hacks I've found use the non-2012 .exe (which means you don't get any of the fixes). tl;dr Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition Export is your friend.

    KOF XIII was the most picky with the coin meter spoofing - I had to hook up both coin counters, one resistor for each of pins 8 and J (https://www.jammaboards.com/jcenter_jamma_pinout.html).     Yup, works fine (I've got a 207A too). I've got a Sega I/O adapter, so had to hack the coin meter inputs on the Jamma side to get a few of the games (including KOF13) working, but once that was done everything I've tried works great.
