These made the rounds on Japanese news/TV as well all over social media for a few months back. Someone got one as change in a Japanese arcade and the seller yanked them.

OG is is OG ... don't mess with replicas with "MVS" sign . i had possibilities to get ton of that "MVS" ones when i imported candy cabinets from China , but i ended up and i called few friends who was sailing at sea, and they bought me (they exchanged money through some Japanese agents when they docked at the shore), and when they returned from those trips they brought me the coins and I gave them the money for the 100¥ coins .

ps : to not be considerated any criticism or something . i actually offered a solution that worked for me to bring OG coins.

Some guy in the U.S. selling is 8x 100 JPY coins for $7.99 and free shipping, multiple sets available. Seems almost too good to be true, but I just placed an order.

Edit: Got my 120 coins. I didn’t count them, but the aggregate weight is correct and they seem legit. Gonna order more!
