Maybe I haven't seen enough, but I haven't seen a newer one than this in recent years. It still has the original anti-static bag, nylon standoffs, and the box (which is a bit worn). Don't miss out if you're a collector. 350$ Sold

The last two IGS PGM motherboards – I’m selling off my entire collection. The labels on the back of both units are dated August 22, 1998, and their crystal oscillators are different from the previous one. There’s a slight bulge on the light-colored area at the bottom left of one motherboard, which I’ve marked with a red circle.

The $350 unit has been sold to a UK buyer. Two units remaining with prices as follows: mint condition one for $350, slightly bulged one for $250 $200 Shipping not included. For the shipping cost, please provide your detailed address and I’ll check with the courier service then get back to you. USDT transfer only for payment,Of course, you can also ask a professional purchasing agent who specializes in buying Chinese products to purchase directly from me, and then they will ship the items to you (this may incur a purchasing agent fee)..

One of them has a slight bulge at the red-circled spot. Let me know via message if you need me to take photos of any specific areas or run any functional tests.

I think he need to put a price, and i think he need to let the prices of the sold material...
Yup:
Rule 5: We ask that once an item has been sold that you leave the price so that people may refer to it in the future. If you keep a running thread simply list it in the first post somewhere. Example: Neo-Geo cart-----sold! $25. We also ask for you to update the original post with the final sold price. If you tried to sell for $25 but ended up selling for $20, it should go like this: $25 $20. Each user is expected to do this and it can only benefit everyone.

I was quoted a price of 350$, payment in cryptocurrency (USDT) only. Given that I can't find any positive feedback for this person in this forum, I passed.

Same quote for me. I do believe this seller has had positive sales in the past and Sheep Nova knows them, but can't speak to it directly as I've never purchased from them.

Just confirming I purchased the original board of this thread, arrived yesterday, it was exactly as described, pristine condition and working perfectly.

My experience:

I was provided with high quality images of the unit and packaging and even a video showing the board in fully working order.

Yes, payment was in crypto (USDT), which I'd never done before (always PayPal previously) and was a learning curve for me to even get that sorted, but figured it out. Did I think twice, yes, but am fortunate to be able to write off if worst outcome, it was an experience to say the least, but I can see why that might put some people off.

Shipping, I wouldn't say it was the smoothest transaction (for Old Baby, not me) as I think Old baby had a few challenges with the shipping company and my UK address, seemed like a translation issue Old Baby was having with the shipping company (not surprising considering some of the screenshots, I think people rely too much on google) but was all sorted in the end, and arrived to me boxed perfectly.

All communication remained in PMs on here, no requests to divert off board, communication throughout was excellent, always responded to my questions, I was kept up-to-date and multiple images of correspondence with the shipping company, I felt Old Baby's pain! Our couriers in the UK are a nightmare at times.

Obviously I can only speak for my experience, but item paid for, item received and I can only speak positively about Old Baby (despite crypto and shipping challenges, that anyone can have), appreciate I'm new here, though I have purchased a few things from various sellers on here now, and every one has completed successfully, including this one.

I take the view that people trade on here by reputation, these are very expensive luxuries that people get very passionate about, and it can take a single bad experience (and a public message here) to tarnish someone's reputation with buying/selling, so totally understand the concerns and ofc risk of scamming, but for me personally I have no issues with Old Baby and would happily purchase again from them.

But as always, please do your own due diligence before committing to a purchase.

You might consider leaving positive feedback in this forum which would help future buyers. It sucks that there's no automatically tracked feedback mechanism here (e.g. look at AmiBay which has a great system) but if people are consistent in following the rules, it will make the experience better for everyone.

huh, interesting. Well I never realised that was there! Typical. I shall do so forthwith, thank you.

That's fair, I'm as guilty as the next person for not always reading rules (wholly or at all). :)

What’s the rule here? I rely on Google Translate for all my reading, and the meaning’s off sometimes. I still haven’t figured out how people strike through the names of sold items in their posts. My biggest regret right now is not having taken English seriously back then…

The rule is upper in this topic, someone copy it for you.

No problem. After you sell, post the price it sold for, even it changed from the original post.

You can apply strike through to your text by highlighting it and pressing CTRL+S.

Alternatively, you'll notice there is a small menu bar while editing/replying which contains text formatting options. If you look just right of the paint palette icon, there is a button which looks like three dots in a vertical row. If you press this, it will drop down additional (less common) options- one of which is striking.
