nope, no modification to the case necessary and no screws, it has hooks on the back that clip it into the vents and the coin counter slot.

I'm working on writing up some instructions but basically you need to unscrew the upper b-board case, so that there's a gab between the two halves, then insert the holster and tighten everything back down (removing the gap and clamping the holster in place)

I only sell the holsters in Black... testing has shown that color matching the holsters tends to look terrible and black goes with everything
