nope, no modification to the case necessary and no screws, it has hooks on the back that clip it into the vents and the coin counter slot.

I'm working on writing up some instructions but basically you need to unscrew the upper b-board case, so that there's a gab between the two halves, then insert the holster and tighten everything back down (removing the gap and clamping the holster in place)

Sorry TS, I thought I had replied, but the connection on my phone must've been lost while posting my reply.

Anyways, I think it's a brilliant idea, well done! Big fan of leaving the original hardware untouched as much as possible so I'm glad you found a way to do it like this :)

I sold the last holster I had in stock literally 2 hours ago. I'll be printing up more over the next few days.
 
I only sell the holsters in Black... testing has shown that color matching the holsters tends to look terrible and black goes with everything :)
