I always felt the first Aero Fighters deserves a release for the Neo Geo. The hardware itself is really close and the Neo Geo is lacking in vertical oriented shmups.
This game really pushes the hardware and is an absolute classic. I don’t have a flash cart for the Neo Geo so I’ve been doing my testing in MAME and with the MiSTer. I’d appreciate if you guys can test and let me know how it works on a real Neo Geo MVS.

Note that only MVS systems are currently supported as the conversion leverages the backup RAM that an AES doesn’t have. I’m not sure if AES can be added later without compromises because this fully uses all RAM available.
