For Sale
At long last the next US container is heading out this week! We've been busy at work doing a huge amount of CRT repair / service / bulletproofing, cab parts swaps, installing panels / locks etc, and of course handling everything else involved in the container process. This shipment has 25 CRT cabs on it as well as a variety of LCD cabs and a few other things like change machines / card dispensers, and has been fully sold before leaving our office.

I don't post too many updates on here as I like to have something exciting or interesting to say when I do, but things are still humming along and we have quite a few projects in the works. After the US container, we have the following rough plans for the next 4-5 months currently:

February: Vancouver 40ft container - fully sold out
March/April: Second UK container - will be 40ft if there is enough demand, which it seems like there is...plenty of space on this for now as we have not really started taking orders for it outside of people who were already on the first one.
March: 20ft container to France - Private buyer
March: Various LCL shipments
April/May: Seattle 40ft container #4 - Some space is already sold in this container, but only a few machines so far as we haven't opened orders for it yet.
June: Possible EU container - single buyer
Various domestic Japan sales throughout the entire time period.

Other things available soon:
MS8-29 chassis (multiple) - recapped/serviced
MS9-29 chassis (multiple) - recapped/serviced
MS2930, 2931, 2933 chassis (multiple) - recapped/serviced
Blast City PSUs - recapped
Various part-out parts from Blast Cities (ask away!)

I'll be posting some more cabs that can go in any of the upcoming containers soon; hang tight as we are fully focused on getting the US container out the door at the moment. There should be a variety of Aeros, Astros, Blasts, Nets, New Nets, and many LCD cabs (Vewlix all types, Noir Blues, Grigios, APM3s etc) up for grabs, as well as some other oddball single machines. We are also still ordering dedicated cabinets like music games, driving games, and more for people as desired; feel free to reach out if you are looking for any of those as the chances of getting them go up with the amount of time we have to find them.

Beyond all of the above, we're also working on some other projects including sorting out good metal cab repainting, building out our workspace further, and possibly even putting some machines on location here in Japan soon.

I apologize to anyone who is waiting on responses to their inquiries at the moment; there has been quite a lot of interest in various cabs for future shipments. Not trying to ignore anyone; there is just significantly more that we can deal with at the same time as prepping our existing orders with only 2 people. Rest assured that when cabs are ready to be sold, we'll let you know!

Some random photos for fun:

The US container has left our office!
I slept almost 14 hours after load out as this one was somehow quite physically taxing. For anyone waiting on a response to various inquiries, hang tight; we had to do another game pickup today that took basically most of the day but we will be responding to anyone who's hit us up recently ASAP this week.

As always, thanks for putting your trust in our ability to deliver something good! I think this is probably our best packed container so far, and we're only getting better at the process each time. @aperturegrillz put a huge amount of hours into board work (recap/repair/bulletproofing) across the CRT cabs in this container and I think it will show when people fire up their cabs.

At long last, the UK container has touched down and been unloaded in London! I'm sure some pictures will come soon from our customers; the first pickups are happening this weekend.

The recent Seattle container is currently on the water and scheduled to land at the port on February 22nd.

We're also working on setting up more container arrangements over the next few months including potentially a shipment to eastern Canada, as well as the ones mentioned in my earlier posts. If you've reached out to us about putting games on any of these and haven't received any updates or responses, when we have our scheduling/arrangements for these containers worked out we'll be reaching out to anyone who has contacted us to see if they are still interested!

Hey man, would love a MS2930 chassis for my toshiba blast CRT. I'm in Texas, USA. How can I get on the list for one? Thanks!

Duly noted, I will send you some info when I get around to plugging a few I pulled the other day and long run testing them!

Any chance I can do the same but for a 2933 (would need shipping to Spain). I DM’ed a while ago but didn’t get an answer 🥹

Huge fan of your company updates BTW!!

Hey, sorry for the lack of reply. I think at the time I had just sold two 2933s and was going to check if I had another that I could afford to spare but ultimately ended up getting distracted by something else and then completely forgot. I'm not sure that I have any more 2933s in particular but if there is at least one that I am forgetting I will let you know!

Thanks re: the updates! I'm going to try to post some more fun content on A-P related to the various repairs we do and issues we run into soon; nothing super exciting but some people might get a kick out of seeing that stuff or even find it useful!

It's been a while since I posted here, but it's not for a lack of activity! Our US container to Seattle that we sent out in January safely arrived at the end of February and everyone has their machines now. We also recently sent out a 20ft container of machines to an arcade in Toronto at the start of April, and that is currently en route.

We're about to send out another 40ft container of games to a single buyer in Vancouver at the start of May, and then it will continue to be all hands on deck for a while as we have a fully sold 40ft container of machines (increased in size from 20ft due to demand) for multiple buyers in England heading out at the end of May or early June. Another US Seattle shipment with space still available on it is planned for after the UK container goes out along with a couple other smaller LCL / 20ft shipments, and there are also 2 more 40ft containers in the works as well with no set date yet.

Outside of container activities, we've been doing more monitor repairs as well as some parts sales. I plan to continue with this, but with the hard deadline set for May 6th for the Vancouver container we have had to fully focus on that; my apologies for those that have sent messages about parts requests and been ignored.

We have decided that we will take a short break from actively starting new containers for about 2 months beginning in August in order to do a few things like getting a large truck license, working on renovating our new Gunma office space and finally moving ourselves out of Tokyo to somewhere between the old Kazo and new Gunma offices. Originally we had aimed to target around 4 40ft containers per year; by July assuming all continues to go to plan we will have done around the equivalent of 8 40ft containers in the last 13 months so it's a perfect time for us to try and improve the feasibility of such an increased work load by investing in our facilities and work equipment. Of course, this doesn't mean that we'll completely stop sales during this time period; rather, we just want to keep a lot of space open at the Gunma office so we can do construction work in there for a bit. It will still be no problem to either sell existing inventory with the understanding that shipping will be at our convenience / a long ways out, and of course we can still seek out and store hard to find cabinets for those who are willing to wait for later shipments.

It's been great to see machines that we have put some time and effort into (that were also certainly neglected in their previous lives in Japan) be enjoyed by both collectors, experienced and first time, as well as customers at the variety of arcades that we have sold games to as well. It's probably the aspect of our work that has been the most enjoyable for Zach and myself, and I hope we can continue for a long time yet to come!

how much for a MS-2930?

Just like to say I got a NAC and Super Neo 29 in from them earlier this year and they're great!

Are there advantages to getting a Super Neo 29 v a MVS-U4? I used to tell myself all I would need is a MVS-U4 but that Super Neo 29 is pretty sexy.

U4 has stuff that the Neo/Super Neo missed out on like card reader slot and headphone jacks.

It’s really a choice of whether you want these functions and then it’s aesthetics/price. 29” U4 don’t always come up for sale, so usually easier to get hold of a 29” Neo/Super Neo

super 29 is wired for jamma and the marquee isnt exclusive to neo geo mini marquees. for a dedicated neo geo machine, id probly go with a u4 but for diversity id go the super neo. i know the super neo has no audio control, its all from the board. idk about the u4 but if i had to guess id say the same. arcade otaku says the super neo 29 candy is rotatable but i never tried it on mine. a regular u4 is not rotatable but i think the u4 29 might be, it says it is on AO but it sure doesnt look like it is. really depends on what ur using it for mainly and looks.

This ^ Honestly I slightly prefer the looks of the U4 and hate the lack of audio knob on Super Neo 29, however I'm lazy running low on space, so I intend to use it as my Neo and horizontal games jamma cab. I'll agree and say if you don't mind waiting U4 if you are doing pure Neo Geo, otherwise Super Neo 29 for mix (darksoft multi for neo means i can use a mvs-1c. In the end its whatever you prefer..

Got the Super Neo 29 for neo and jamma games, the NAC for TATE games, and eventually probably a NNC for atomiswave/naomi/vga games (running a Unico Novablast for now)

My thought was to make a U4 a dedicated neo geo cabinet. But my thought was to use a Mister or something like that to run the games. But I assumed it was a JAMMA cab. Good to know!

So I know you're not taking orders for a few months but I was wondering, is your website's contact form a good way to get in touch with you? I tried putting in an enquiry about something a few months ago and never heard back.

They are very active on the discord in the first post, I would go that route.
