You can buy any 3.96mm pitch 12 pin (6 pin x 2 row) edge connector and wire it up to a PSU. It's better to find one without the "ears" on each end.

Something like this or you could just grab a plain JAMMA connector and solder only the 5V, 12V and -5V pins
