I just started a thread on KLOV with the same title as this one. It's a little bit of info about this project and a link to this thread.

All I know is that Trap is starting to look at it. No promises but he has been enticed by that bounty and a want to be able to play Punisher and C&D on the cps2 multi. I will update as I get info.
Can anyone get me a quote for shipping a dozen or so cabs to Canada? I think I need to relocate.
