I had access to this material from 30th. But later it seems that Capcom put a password on the materials precisely so that they could not extract these images.

It is but I have no time to investigate this. I don't even have time to finish this ROM I made some discoveries that I would need to share and some explanation because I think that I mispleaded some things but I don't have time to explain. But I will come back to that project soon. Thank you!
