Seems unlikely since there some components like the fpga and sh3 cpu that must be rough to source by now.I'd pay $200 though
Looks different to me. The linked thread looked like a conversion from a real dfk.The pictures on the eBay auctions are very similar to the one in the thread @Darksoft linked to only difference is the thread is from 2021 and the auctions are from 2024 ...
Nah it wouldn't.Wow, I wish they would take it one step further and make it into a multi. Then it might be worth the 1600 bucks!
Very impressive stuff!

Digikey lists some processors as active with SH-3 core: https://www.digikey.de/short/bbc5vqf9I think I saw new SH3 listing recently (a few years back) but could you use SH4 out of naomis and dreamcasts?
FWIW Not sure if technically they are vias or not, but it's a pattern I recognize from multi-layer PCBs regardless. If you see that patterning on a board of the era, it's essentially a guarantee it's more than a 2 layer board.Silkscreen is different and no visible dot patterns (i guess from vias?)
A repro of anything is possible. A chap in the UK did full repro PCB of Mr Do just for fun:
