CPS2 MULTI KIT trouble

I bought 4 cps2 multi kits in shop (https://paradisearcadeshop.com/)

3 of 4 are worked but this one has problem. check is picture.

I send this problem to paradisearcadeshop, I got this mail.

"I have spoken with one of the developers mitsurugi, he said that you can email him to help trouble shoot. He also recommended making a post at Arcade-projects.com which is the forum for Darksoft, they have a great community there and can also help you troubleshoot to determine whether a repair is necessary. "

please solve this issue.

That looks like something you should send into Mitsurugi for repair, I've never seen that fault with a properly prepared SD card before... And since you do have working units I think SD card isn't your problem.

Honestly looks like the firmware isn't loaded. Check to make sure there aren't any solder bridges on the ARM processor legs and then we will try to have you reflash the firmware.
