Cps2 multi last game white screen error

Hello, I have requested the production of cps2 multikit and am using it. The last game I played was saved in rom and should be executed when I turned it off and turned it back on, but it often doesn't run, there's no sound, and only a white screen comes out In this case, if you turn off the power, it runs again or you have to choose the game again to run~
Do you have any members with the same symptoms?

Have you checked your 5Volts? I am guessing those are your power cables they look very small.
