The top one is UniBIOS 4.0. I have 4 pieces remaining, all flashed on brand-new original Toshiba chips.
I can program more upon request. Bulk orders will take 5 days for shipment.
The bottom one is the original BIOS chip removed from my MV1C mainboard socket.

You can tell the condition of an MV1C socket by looking at the slot. Old sockets usually have heavy wear along the edges.
This unit had a faulty RAM2 chip, so I replaced both RAM2 and RAM4 with brand-new chips as a precaution. Everything works perfectly now.
The black outer shell has quite a few scratches.
