Hey Everyone,
This is a following to the previous post.
So when i got this board it had a slight problem that was the color red , the color was present but it was slightly washed out in some parts of the screen and there was some red lines going over the screen borders,
They are more pronounced on a normal crt in my case my pvm and could really see some color waving in the picture in the pvm.
Onto the fixing part:
As i don’t have an oscilloscope or a logic probe, i started removing things,
1- tested resistors and transistors in the video circuit and all seems fine
2- replaced the rgb DAC
Nothing changed
3- when i put my finger the resistor array ( RN7 ) that’s related to the color red seemed to help so i replaced that but unfortunately nothing changed
4-replaced the 3383 at (10D)
Tested The pcb and everything seems normal all colors are perfect
I still have the sound problem I’ll take a look at it later,
