I would recommend you start looking for a CPS3 motherboard with enough simms to run 3rd Strike and a suicided security cart.
Once you've got the hardware send the dead cart to Mitsu for conversion into a SuperBIOS.
Order a SD2SCSI adapter and write the Darksoft CD image to it... Win!

You're gonna pay a premium price just for the motherboard and cart. Ive seen them selling for $400+ on KLOV
