I'm trying to rebuild a Crazy Taxi High Roller cabinet and I figured out that we were missing the JVS board to connect to all the I/O, but when we bought the machine, none of the wiring harnesses for it were there. Does anyone know where I might be able to find the harnesses already assembled or find the parts to build the harnesses?

This site has a few parts and a couple of harnesses (disclaimer - I have never purchased from them, so no idea if reliable):

There was also a guy on Ebay selling boxes of wiring from a Crazy Taxi High Roller, but I don't see it anymore, so I assume they were sold. I still see some things available on eBay if you need them.

Thanks for the link. I looked for the guy on Ebay too. We almost bought those wiring harnesses back when they were still for sale, but missed out. I'll have to keep an eye out for some more. I thought about finding someone that might build the cables if I sent them the wiring diagram. Don't know if that is possible or not.

User @Lemony Vengeance builds harnesses (I have bought from him). Not sure if he is able to do one like that, but maybe he can. Sometimes I also check VideotronicsUK as they have full machine wire harnesses from time to time.

So I purchased this project from the original poster, and found this over the weekend. Anyways I wanted to post pictures now that I have safely won an auction on eBay with a complete setup and a wiring harness. I will probably use most of it, as the cabinet is missing a lot of stuff and some things don’t look like they even belong. My main questions are about the hardware in it currently, would this stuff even work correctly

So notice the Naomi with what looks to be the Chihiro cartridge in it, no harness for the power of the GDRom. Would the Naomi base even work with this setup? Seems to me the Chihiro Type 1 is a lot different. Also the cartridge seems to supply power to the GDRom in the correct setup I bought on eBay. Just curious. Doesn’t seem to need the big transformer on the right lower, and no harness connections for that. Missing the I/O board and harnesses from it. This is what I bought

Just want to open up a little discussion here

Finally got started on an actual rebuild. Installed a 27” LCD screen and laser cut my border. New light and cut on some of the ripped decals to just have it blacked out. Chihiro and GD-Rom sent off to Ken to repair. Should have a fully working game in a couple of weeks
