Small tool to extract audio from CV1000 games to .wav files.

CV1000 audio uses AMM ("AMusement Music compression"), looks to be a Yamaha proprietary format based on MPEG Layer 2.5, which supports 16000Hz (used by CV1000) and 32000Hz encoding.
This is one step towards my ultimate goal, which is to re-encode a higher quality soundtrack for SDOJ.
