unfortunately no, I have only this one...but it works perfectly with all MVS cartridge...i have problems only with this cart

Ouch, no way that PSU is pushing enough (it says 2.5 but I've known these to be very weak) amps on the 5v line to keep everything happy.this one, provided by the man who build my consolized.
I dont know how to answer to that PSU..... Really..... Pick one of these 3 pictures.this one, provided by the man who build my consolized.

Haha if you are talking about a Naomi with a NetDIMM attached (via Capcom IO) I doubt it would even boot to a error (11) screen using that PSU.I doubt it could power 25% of my boards.
It would need to be modified, but it's not impossible.it's impossibile to connect a pc PSU to it
I think a more powerful PSU should fix the issue. The issue is that you might want to tweak 5v between normal carts and your multicart, so you'd need a PSU with an adjustable 5v.
Laptop Power Bricks are under appreciated. I found a 9V one and built a daisy chained output to power my Sega Genesis/CD/32X from a single PSU. it provides cleaner power output than the original adapters, doesn't run hot at all and only occupies 1 outlet. You can usually find them pretty cheap too.I bet a 5v 5a laptop style adapter would be able to power it just fine
