Hello everyone!

In this thread you'll find all the information related to the first multi that converts your AES into a multi Slot system.

The principle is the same as with MVS. 3 ALL-Ram slots, MicroSD and menu based system.

IMPORTANT!!!
To update the menu with latest version, you just need to copy the menu files in \update\menu.
Please make sure that you follow this procedure:

MENU UPDATE PROCESS:
* Extract microsd and copy the new menu files in the /update/menu folder
* Insert cartridge with microSD with new menu in your MVS and wait for it to update and reset (about 30 secs and screen can go black or show glitches. Don't worry.)

* Someone had problems in the past with Data East games going back to the menu. This should be fixed from now on.

FEATURES
  • Fix BUFF opening and closing. Possibly also fixes other related to SD card issues.Fix new type of code injection breaking handling after clearFix routine.
  • Fix vblank/USER subroutine injection: two ways of breaking injection: by last or first instruction hit.
  • Turn off JSR injection module when return to Menu detected. Bug introduced long time ago. Gets activated by latest changes.
  • Fix clear injection minimized
  • Changes to ARM and FPGA. No FPGA backward compatibility preserved.
  • Improved loading speed.
  • Fixed GFX glitches on some AES models.
  • Removed double reset
  • Fixed wrong region in some games
  • Fixed another bug when updating several slots concurrently.
  • Removed Sound fading problems.
  • Added support for monitor test tool. The tool must be placed in the folder "montest"
  • Loading DDR of games and menu only when we exit menu, so we avoid loading a game into a SLOT that we may later change.
  • No more DEAD REDLOCK Screen.
  • Garbage when loading a new firmware or menu in AES fixed.
  • BUFF File is automatically deleted after every menu update.
  • Only 4 tunes haven been always available, although the menu showed more. This is now fixed and only those can be selected.

Hey guys a quick question , I have a 16gb Sandisk ultra sd card is this card a good one I remember seeing someone mention some sd cards aren’t good to use with the multi?
 
Will there be another run? HIghscore games is sold out.
If I buy from the guys in the EU, it is more than $100 US due to the exchange rate and shipping.
 
Shipping to the US is 40 Euro.
So paypal makes it 539 Euro or $610 US.
 
Sorry but i believe that your calculations are not accurate and they could mislead some people.

If we assume that highscoresaves charges 20 usd for shipping within USA, the cost will be 587 USD and the the difference between both sites $610-587 which is 23 USD, not 100 USD.

Having said that, highscoresaves will also have some AES for sale, maybe in this batch. Well see. In any case we'll announce it here as soon as it happens.

Ordered mine today! I'm super happy.
I was in Japan when you first talked about a NEOGEO flash cart and bought a system there.
I've been patiently waiting for this flashcart knowing I'll never every in good conscience be able to afford all the NEO games.
