This is the Bootleg version of world cup 90 from TECMO.
I have on GAL dead (the one who drive the sprites layer).
The MAME dumps are wrong
(wc90b1, wc90b2, wc90ba.
Anybody for dumping the GAL16V8 near the x8 512Mbits eproms column.
