Failed Oscillator?

I have a 12mhz “dash” A-board thet is dead. I have no clock on pin15 on the 68000. Tracking it back, it goes via FB66 to the oscillator. I have no clock on the output of the oscillator either. I do have +5v present on it though. Is it possible for an oscillator to just fail? Anything else I can check?

I've had a fault where sound would intermittently fail on an A board and it was a dead/dying oscillator in the audio circuit so I guess yeah - they can fail.
