Hopefully they'll release a ROM in due time for flash cart owners!
I think that's fair. Can't assume it will be the same as the modern release, as some seem to be doing.I wish to see some footage of the neo geo version before pre-ordering. It's enough money.
Xeno Crisis is stellar indeed, but the NeoGeo version lacks support for dual stick controls. I see no point ever playing it.Will the rom be loadable on a flash cart? Game seems like it’s way larger in size than Xeno Crisis.
If I had more money to throw around I would go all in on an MVS complete edition, massive fan of Bitmap Bureau. Xeno Crisis was an absolutely stellar game.
How about Shock Troopers? Any reason to play that one? Because it has the same control scheme, but XC has a few extra QoL niceties.Xeno Crisis is stellar indeed, but the NeoGeo version lacks support for dual stick controls. I see no point ever playing it.
From what I saw, they won't do the ROM initially (to help sales of the real cart). They may do a ROM later.A rom release for FV will not happen. BB had already stated this in X some time ago I believe.
Im looking forward to a gameplay or trailer for the Neo, its a bit strange that they announced dates for Q1 and still nothing has been seen...
@ChrisBEANS - has footage of it running on AES hardware been released?!
WOW, what a hell of an update!I just got an email that they are finally getting close to ship the AES/MVS carts! FYI for anyone else who has been waiting.

I 100% agree and have difficulty putting into words why it’s such a good game, and it’s difficult to convey how impressive the graphics and presentation were for the time.Final fight is a great game, clones/love letters etc are mostly always slightly lacking though. Which just makes it seem more impressive from all the way back in 89.
