and final print in a filament as close as you can get to the marty colors![]()

Ok the main box is complete. Nice tight fit around the connector. Everything is so carefully dialed in that I can probably remove the recessed screw holes entirely because it’s a very nice friction fit. I also increased the thickness of the base so that it sits flat on the shelf behind the Marty without putting any downward strain on the connector (though I accidentally made the extension a fraction smaller but that visible line has already been fixed). The top is almost done, but creating the slide switch to integrate with the top will be tricky.

I don’t think it will be an issue - it isn’t much taller than the connector so it’s not really adding much to the height. Have top finished just trying to work on a slide switch now.Very good job.If that electrolytic capacitor is a problem for the top cover I can use a smaller/lower one or a tantalum one.

Hi there ,
your work on FM Towns Marty is very impressive, any chance to have the SCSI card working on a FM Towns (tower model, first one)
The legacy one is very hard to be found :/
Thanks.
Actually on FM-TOWNS computers (desktop and tower models) you can use a SCSI emulator (like BlueSCSI, ZuluSCSI and so on).If you refer to very first model (Generation 1) you need an official Fujitsu add-on card (FMT-121) which is, as you said, very hard to obtain (sometimes it pops up on Yahoo Japan Auctions), the SCSI card I designed is for Marty only.Anyway, I have a Generation 1 tower, I can try to adapt the Marty SCSI card.
.
Very soon in stock again.Btw, @caius I just discovered "'FLIP-FLOP' - Sharp X68000 external FDD emulator" , do you plan to have a new batch available for this product ? I'm interested for my x68k (to provide a longer life to my floppy drives)
I meant “Does the ram expansion.” On the Marty 2 at least, I’ve seen Raiden have what looked like interlacing artifacts over parallax fieldsDoesn’t the expanded ram help with Raiden Densetsu?
