Will it run 31k or HD only?

Found this statement;
System 357, dipswitch 2 is for 480p resolution. Unfortunately, I never managed to get my System 369 to output something else than 720p (even via the VGA port). AFAIR, I tried all dipswitches.

So I guess I'll first need to buy a HD cab before getting a system 369

I will have to try getting my 369 into 31k mode, I had read that changing a bunch of the switches will change it. I will have to use some google translate app on the original manual and see if I can figure it out.
