FS FS: Taito Egret II - $6,500 (Seattle, WA, USA)

Got a Egret II today for sale today. It's pulled out from 100 Yen Life's (a Seattle based convention arcade provider) fleet.

[The Good]
- It’s a working Egret II.
- Light burn on CRT.
- Upgraded PSU; original included.

[The Bad]
- The translite has cracked through.

[Maintenance Report]
- Deep clean on the control panel and body of the cab.
- Swapped linear Taito power supply with a switching Meanwell w/ Taito pinout adapter. Original Taito PSU is included.
- No known issues with cab. It's been run continuous for multiple days at a time in a con setting without any issue.

[Shipping / Payment / Viewing]
Free pickup from our warehouse in Renton, WA.
We can do delivery in the Seattle region.
Shipping can be arranged by the buyer though we prefer STI/Beltmann. Once the cab has left our warehouse, we are not held responsible for any damages that may happen.

Payment must be through cash, cashiers check, wire transfer or Zelle.

E2's are expensive....whether they are worth the going rate to you is subjective, but not relevant to the sale thread.

The seller didn't list OBO, or ask for price checks here.....so please don't derail their thread.

I think it depends on the country… the last 2 x E2s that sold over here in AUS were like $1500-$2000 USD.

No idea what kind of crack is smoked over there to make them “worth” $5K+++, but people seem to be willing to pay that much.

Things like Astro/NAC are $1000-$1300 USD cabs over here yet command $2500++ over there?

Funny how it works, glad we aren’t paying the prices you guys do!

Have to pause on doing candy sales. There were a some logistical and organizational snags we hit that need to be smoothed out + a general lack of man power to dedicate to handling sales with a much larger tick in our core "business" of providing convention arcades. We *should* have some candys for sale later hopefully when things aren't so hectic and we've smoothed out or process so it doesnt take as much time to prep a cabinet for sale. Thanks for the patience and understanding.
